When will my order be dispatched to me?
For in-stock items, we ship orders Monday to Friday from either our Melbourne or Sydney Studios within 72 hours. Some silks require manufacturing on order, therefore please allow 3-4 weeks.
Australian Shipping - Standard Australia Post - 3 to 10 Days
FREE SHIPPING of items is available for all orders via Australia Post when you spend over $75. Under $75, Standard shipping is only $8.95. Free shipping is automatically applied at check out. We ship all orders with Australia Post, in postage satchels. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item/s are dispatched. Allow 3+ days for delivery.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING of items is available for all orders via Standard Australia Post when you spend over $150. Orders under $150, we offer discounted Australia Express Post shipping for only $12.95 within Australia. Australia Express Post Shipping state next day delivery, excluding weekends, subject to Australia post COVID19 delays due to demand in your area. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item/s are dispatched.
USA and New Zealand
We are currently only shipping internationally to United States of America & New Zealand.
Orders are sent Standard Australia Post and may take 10-25 days once dispatched. Whilst this is the current turnaround offered by Australia Post, we kindly ask that customers be aware of the possibility of longer delays during COVID-19.
Maximum weight 3kg for a flat fee of $25 AUD. Please allow 48 hours processing time for international orders. International Shipping requires a signature on arrival.
